The Team

Paul Gommo

President

PAUL GOMMO

Paul is an industry veteran with over 40 years’ experience working on Mission Critical Power Systems. He began his career in 1979 working as a Field Service Engineer for KW Control Systems, Inc. His primary responsibilities included start-up, commissioning, maintenance and emergency service on rotary power systems manufactured by Piller. Paul performed the successful start-up and commissioning of the first Uniblock Uninterruptible Power System installed in North America, manufactured by Piller. Paul attended factory training on GE, Cyberex, Mitsubishi, Gamatronic, Controlled Power, Piller, Kohler and Baylor UPS systems.


Paul began working for Uptronix, Inc in 1981 and currently serves as company President responsible for day to day operations, marketing / sales as well as technical support.

David Overdorf

Vice President

DAVID OVERDORF

David Overdorf has been employed by Uptronix, Inc. since January of 1998. He started as the Regional Service Manager for the Allentown, PA office and is currently the Vice President responsible for overall operations for the Mid-Atlantic and Northeastern U.S. regions.


Prior to Uptronix, Dave worked for several different UPS manufacturers. His various positions included Test Engineer, Field Service Engineer, Field Service Support and General Manager of the manufacturing operations. He has experience and training on multiple UPS systems including Liebert/Vertiv, APC, Eaton, Toshiba, GE, Piller and Mitsubishi. He also has completed in depth training on battery systems, flywheel-based systems, infra-red testing and power quality.

Donna Corrado

Contracts Administrator

DONNA CORRADO

Donna Corrado has been employed with Uptronix since September 1998 as a Contracts Administrator. Donna provides guidance on legal and business risk as well as coordinating contract responsibilities with internal departments. Donna manages customer Facility Management Platforms which involve Work Order completion, invoicing and customer reporting. Donna works directly with customers and upper management on project coordination and contracts, providing quotations and purchasing decisions.

 

Donna worked in the Contracts Department at a UPS manufacturer for 11 years prior to working for Uptronix. In this position she was responsible for contracts administration as well the Account Executive for accounts in the Southeast.

Media White

Service Administrator

MEDIA WHITE

Media White has been with Uptronix since 2001 and is the Service Coordinator and the operational and administrative interface for the Southeast Region. Media works directly with customers in the Southeast coordinating projects, providing customer service, customer reporting and invoicing for Uptronix.

 

Media worked in manufacturing and was a Lead Quality Control Manager for 7 years prior to working for Uptronix. In this position she was responsible for product testing in the U.S., Customer Safety and Satisfaction as well as Administrative duties.

Expertise with Small and Large Systems

Our field service team has extensive experience servicing mission critical power systems and are supported by an extensive inventory of spare parts and state of the art test and diagnostic equipment. The service team is supported by our in-house technical support staff.


We also have an experienced staff of account executives, project managers and an administrative team that are ready to respond to your needs. Emergency calls are covered by our call center on a 7×24 basis.
